Refund & Return Policy

Handmade Physical Products

Because each item is handmade, returns and refunds are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 15 days of delivery and include photos of the problem. Once reviewed, I will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the error was mine (such as misspelling of name).

Buyer will receive a prepaid shipping label for any returns deemed our responsibility to refund or replace product.  


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience any issues with your digital download (such as a corrupted file or missing content), please contact me within 15 days of purchase. I’m happy to help resolve the issue or provide a corrected file.

Refunds for digital products are only issued if the product is faulty and cannot be fixed or replaced.
