Standard Shipping
- 0–1 lb: $6.90
- 1–5 lbs: $9.90

We ship to 27 countries worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We ship internationally via:

How do digital downloads work?
Digital downloads (such as quilt patterns and embroidery designs) are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email with a download link, and your files will also be available in your account order history. No shipping required!
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded. For physical items, please reach out to us at our contact page and we'll make it right.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After processing (2–5 business days), delivery times vary by shipping method and destination. Economy shipping typically takes 5–8 business days within the US. Standard shipping is generally 3–5 business days. International orders may take 1–4 weeks depending on destination and customs.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us through our contact page within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
